Delivery methods & timing

When will l I receive my PDF Reports?

As soon as you have purchased a report it will be available to download from our website. You will be allowed to download the same report 5 times over a 2 week period, by simply logging into the site and entering your username and password.

If you have any difficulties downloading a report you can email us at theteam@examstudystar.co.uk and we can email it to you.

What format are your reports in?

Currently all our reports are in Acrobat PDF format. You can download the PDF viewer for free
at this link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Refunds & Returns Policy

The Service

Our PDF Reports will be made available for you to download once your payment has been authorised. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make payment for the Downloads. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Downloads to you without giving any reason.

Cancellation and Defective Downloads

Once you have paid for our PDF Reports we make the Downloads available to you through our website. You are not able to cancel any purchase of Downloads after you have confirmed payment. Downloads may not be returned for any reason unless they are defective. If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective please email us at theteam@examstudystar.co.uk and, we will replace or refund the Download.

Refund & Return policy

What are my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations?

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the goods you ordered. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods, in accordance with our refunds policy.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing and return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own cost and risk.

What Is ExamStudyStar’s Refund & Returns Policy?

As a goodwill gesture we offer you a full 30 day money back guarantee when you purchase our ExamTimer. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for returned items.

Returns need to be sent to the below address with a letter confirming that a refund is required and the customer name and address with postcode. If you like you can also email us at theteam@examstudystar.co.uk to inform us you are returning the products(s) and would like a refund.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.

We will send you an email confirming that we have refunded your account.

We send your order by Royal Mail 1st class.

General Terms & Conditions

Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant Downloads or for any physical goods purchased.

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
